Job Description

  • Dish preparation and cooking: Prepare and cook dishes for a specific station (e.g., grill, sauces, or desserts) to high-quality standards.
  • Staff supervision: Oversee and train junior kitchen staff, such as commis chefs and kitchen porters, to work efficiently.
  • Food hygiene and safety: Maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards, including proper storage, cleaning, and equipment maintenance.
  • Inventory management: Monitor supplies, manage stock, and order ingredients as needed for your section.
  • Menu contributions: Assist the head chef and sous chef in developing new dishes and refining existing recipes.
  • Station management: Set up, maintain, and clean your assigned kitchen station before and after service.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
