About the Role

As a Chilli Trading Executive, you will play a key role in sourcing high-quality chilli, analyzing market trends, building strong networks with farmers and traders, and executing profitable trades. This role is ideal for someone with a strong agri-background and hands-on experience in chilli farming and commodity trading.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and analyze chilli market trends, prices, and supply-demand fluctuations

Source high-quality chilli directly from farmers, vendors, and market networks

Negotiate purchase and sales deals to ensure competitive pricing and better margins

Coordinate closely with logistics and warehousing teams for smooth supply chain operations

Maintain proper documentation and present regular reports using basic tech tools

Frequently travel across local markets in Pune, Nashik, and nearby trading hubs

Qualifications and Skills Required

BSc or MSc in Agriculture preferred

Candidates from any stream having chilli commodity trading experience can also apply

Person must have complete knowledge of chilli farming as well as chilli commodity trading

1 to 4 years of experience in agri-commodity markets

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Tech-savvy and comfortable with tools like Excel or Google Sheets

Valid driving license for both 2-wheeler and 4-wheeler is mandatory
