Job description :

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver theory and practical sessions in Child Health Nursing (Paediatrics)
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments
• Supervise students during clinical postings and practical exams
• Mentor and guide students in projects, seminars, and research
• Participate in academic planning, curriculum development, and faculty meetings
• Ensure compliance with INC and university norms

Educational Qualification:

• M.Sc in Child Health Nursing / Paediatric Nursing from a recognized institution
• Must be registered with the State Nursing Council

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong subject knowledge and teaching skills
• Excellent communication and student engagement abilities
• Commitment to academic and professional growth
• Familiarity with nursing education standards and curriculum.
