Job description Job Title: Child Counsellor – Class XI & XII School: Schiller Institute Senior Secondary School Location: R-6, Rajnagar, Ghaziabad Working Hours: 07:30 AM – 03:00 PM Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month Key Responsibilities: Child Counselling Teach Psychology to Classes XI and XII as per the CBSE curriculum. Create and submit pre-planned lesson plans on time. Conduct engaging theory and practical classes with clear understanding of CBSE practical norms. Incorporate multiple therapy-related activities (e.g., mindfulness, art/music therapy/ sound therapy/touch therapy, storytelling, journaling) into teaching. Ensure timely completion of syllabus and exam preparation. Maintain accurate academic records, practical files, and student assessments. Follow all school rules, processes, and timelines with utmost sincerity. Participate actively in school meetings, PTMs, academic planning, and events. Focus on student well-being and psychological development.
