Experience- 05.00 to 10.00 Years in Gold Loan valuation.

Qualifications- 12th Pass, Any graduation.

Product- Gold Loan.

Key skills- Gold Loan valuation, Gold loan KYC verifications.

Responsibilities-

• Ensure Gold Valuation process is done with 100% accuracy.

• Check Weighing Balance Machine for accuracy with sample weight of 100 Gms.

• Check the purity of ornaments as per specified tests (acid test, Sound test) to ascertain the purity of Gold, there should not be any item which are Excess Valued and Spurious in nature.

• Ensure the Acid Quality should be checked on daily basis and Ensure that Stone to be cleaned on regular basis.

• Ensure every Ornament weight to be checked against Gold Loan Slip and updated in Gold Packing Register , Gold to be packed properly and label pasted.

• Based on the Purity and weight, calculate the value of ornaments as per the company rate per gram. In cases where the loan amount in more than 5 Lacs, ensure verification is done by another valuer/ auditor.

Preferred candidate profile

• Responsible for weighing, assessing the value and for verifying the quality and quantity of gold jewels and ornaments tendered at the branches for granting jewel loans to the borrowers.

• Educate customers on all the various schemes which are available and convincing customer for the most beneficial option.

• Ensure the Gold Auction IBGT should take place as per process and gold movement to other branch should happen with proper memo and approvals.

• Auction Register to be updated in both the branches. The unauctioned packets to be bought to the parent branch within a TAT of 5 days.

• Ensure loan documentation, approval and disbursal process is completed without any discrepancy.
