We’ve been profitable since Day 1, backed by leaders from Google, Meta, and Kae Capital, and scaled from 5 → 30 FTEs in 6 months.

Now we need a CPTO who can lead product + tech like a founder, not a manager. What You’ll Own

● Full-stack product & tech leadership—from roadmap to rollout

● Hands-on execution across UX, backend infra, and AI systems

● Lead a team of 10+ (engineering, product, AI)

● Own quality, scale, and velocity—no shortcuts, no BS You’re Probably This Person:

● Scaled SaaS or AI products from 1→10

● Built or led teams in martech, adtech, or visual AI tools

● Still wireframe, debug, or prototype when needed

● Obsess over user experience and infra stability

● Hate decks. Love commits. Live in Notion, Linear, Figma
