Chief Technology Officer (CTO) & Co-Founder

You will be joining a hiring tech company that is dedicated to developing cutting-edge screening and automation technology to enhance talent matching for both employers and candidates. As a Tech Lead, your role will involve defining and executing the technical roadmap, leading a team of engineers, and developing a scalable AI-driven SaaS product. You will collaborate closely with the CEO, Sales, and Product teams to ensure technological alignment with business objectives and commercial viability. This position offers you the opportunity to shape the technology foundation of a rapidly growing startup and play a crucial role in driving technical excellence and business growth. Key Responsibilities: - Define and implement the technical vision, architecture, and roadmap for the SaaS AI platform. - Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing software development team. - Utilize AI, Agentic AI, and automation to enhance product intelligence and scalability. - Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, focusing on best development practices, scalability, and security. - Collaborate with Sales, Go-To-Market, and Business teams to align technology with market needs and revenue growth. - Adapt to the fast-changing dynamics of a startup, enhance engineering capabilities, and optimize product-market fit. - Play a pivotal role in fundraising discussions and present the tech vision to potential investors. - Ensure a future-ready architecture by selecting the appropriate tech stack, databases, and cloud infrastructure. - Take ownership of strategic decision-making and contribute to company growth as a potential CEO. Key Qualifications: - Previous experience as a CTO or Tech Lead in a SaaS startup or as a tech-focused founder. - Proven track record in building and scaling SaaS products with enterprise-grade architecture. - Strong expertise in AI and automation, including Agentic AI, LLMs, and machine learning applications. - Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in founding or leading tech in a startup. - Ability to bridge technology and business, aligning development efforts with commercial success. - Proficiency in cloud-based architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP), modern development frameworks, and API integrations. - Experience in fundraising, investor pitching, and stakeholder management is advantageous. - Hands-on coding experience is preferred, but leadership, strategic planning, and team-building abilities are equally important.,
