Chief Research Officer

As the Chief Research Officer for Spiritual & Cultural Studies at NIRU India, you will play a pivotal role in shaping a groundbreaking initiative that aims to preserve ancient spiritual wisdom, cultural heritage, and artistic excellence. Reporting directly to the founder, you will lead a team of scholars, researchers, pundits, and cultural custodians to ensure that our work is rooted in authenticity, reverence, and academic rigor. Your responsibilities will include developing a comprehensive research strategy, fostering partnerships with religious scholars and traditional artisans, creating scholarly outputs such as whitepapers and critical commentary, and collaborating with design teams to reflect scriptural symbolism in all creative endeavors. The ideal candidate for this role should hold a Ph.D. or equivalent qualification in disciplines such as Indian Philosophy, Sanskrit, Religious Studies, or Temple Architecture. With 15-20 years of experience in academic or spiritual institutions, you should possess deep connections within religious and cultural communities globally.
