As a Civil Engineer with over 15 years of experience in the Interior field, your primary responsibility will be overseeing the execution of Interior projects. Your key qualifications and responsibilities include: - Qualification: B.E. in Civil Engineering - Experience: A minimum of 15 years in the Interior field, or at least 5 years in Civil Engineering and the remaining in Interiors - Proficiency in Interior projects execution and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) skills - Ability to handle Interior execution teams and coordinate with clients - Experience in leading a team of Interior project managers and engineers - Familiarity with sourcing and coordinating Carpenter teams, fall ceiling works, Interior bedrooms, wardrobes, and TV unit fixing - Knowledge of quality control techniques and experiences - Understanding of Drawings and Project Scheduling - Strong decision-making skills and sound knowledge in Interiors - Experience with AutoCAD and other relevant software is a plus The role requires full-time availability for day shifts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
