Chief Operating Officer (Restaurant)

The COO (Chief Operating Officer ) for Restaurant will be responsible for building, scaling, and managing the entire restaurant chain with industry-leading operational standards, modern systems, and world-class processes.

This role demands a leader who has previously worked with highly structured, process-driven food companies and understands:

• Multi-outlet operations

• Centralized food production & quality systems

• Wastage control frameworks

• Hygiene & safety SOPs

• Consistency control

• Technology integration

• Customer experience standards The COO will drive expansion, profitability, people management, and operational excellence across all units.

2. Key Responsibilities

A. Operational Leadership

• Develop and implement end-to-end SOPs across the chain: cleaning, kitchen operations, service quality, safety, training, audits, etc.

• Build a high-performance operations culture focused on discipline, timelines, cleanliness, and accountability.

• Manage daily operations across all restaurants with measurable performance KPIs.

B. Scaling & Expansion

• Lead expansion to new outlets (site selection, project planning, vendor management, pre opening checklist).

• Implement scalable frameworks used by leading chains.

• Standardize operations to ensure consistency across all current and future stores.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹130,000.00 per month
