Required Qualifications and Skills

Experience:

Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in an operations executive role within the interior design, architecture, engineering, or construction industry, with a proven track record in profitable operational leadership.

Extensive experience managing executive premium commercial interior projects (e.g., corporate offices, data centers, hospitality, high-end retail fit-outs).

Proven experience in a senior management/executive leadership position.

Education:

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field is required.

A Master of Business Administration (MBA) or a related postgraduate degree is preferred.

Skills:

Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities.

Strong financial acumen and experience with budget management and data analysis.

Superior project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build consensus and inspire teams.

A strong understanding of business development, risk management, and compliance with relevant regulations.

Proficiency in business management software and industry-specific technologies (e.g., ERP systems, project management tools).
