Role Overview

Chief of Staff (CoS)

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Support to the CEO

• Partner with the CEO in setting organisational strategy and driving execution across business functions.
• Translate CEOs vision into actionable plans with measurable milestones.
• Provide insights, analysis, and recommendations for decision-making.

Business & Data Analysis

• Collect, consolidate, and analyze data from all departments to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Conduct business analysis to optimize operations, improve margins, and support growth.
• Build dashboards and reports to ensure transparency and real-time decision-making.
• Develop and monitor KPIs at organizational, departmental, and individual levels.

Operational Excellence & Performance Management

• Identify underperforming/problematic departments and work with leaders to resolve bottlenecks, streamline processes, and improve accountability.
• Create and monitor departmental targets aligned with overall business objectives.
• Oversee critical projects, track progress, and ensure accountability across teams.
• Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and business documents for internal and external stakeholders.

Digital Transformation & Innovation

• Lead digital transformation initiatives to improve efficiency, transparency, and automation.
• Oversee adoption of technology tools (ERP, CRM, BI dashboards, collaboration platforms, etc.) for better performance tracking.
• Champion a culture of data-driven decision-making and process excellence.

Market Research & Sales Strategy

• Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to support growth strategies.
• Partner with sales leadership to define go-to-market plans, territory planning, and sales targets.
• Create sales performance dashboards, monitor achievements, and recommend corrective actions.
• Help identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and product positioning.

Cross-functional Leadership

• Act as a bridge between the CEO and leadership team, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Facilitate leadership meetings setting agendas, driving follow-ups, and ensuring execution of key decisions.
• Support organizational design, policy formation, and process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Stakeholder Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and investors.
• Represent the CEO in key discussions and forums, where appropriate.
• Ensure confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism at all times.

Qualifications & Skills

• MBA or equivalent degree preferred; background in

  strategy, consulting, sales operations, business analysis, or digital transformation

  highly desirable.
• 812 years of relevant experience, with exposure to strategy, business operations, and sales enablement.
• Strong experience in

  data analysis, KPI creation, performance dashboards, and target-setting

• Proven track record in

  market research, sales strategy, and digital transformation

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure complex issues and deliver insights.
• Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
• High emotional intelligence, discretion, and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
