e are seeking a visionary and results-driven Chief Marketing Executive to lead our marketing strategies and drive brand growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing marketing campaigns, building brand presence, and ensuring alignment with overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market share.
Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team.
Oversee digital marketing, social media, advertising, events, and PR activities.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.
Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively.
Build and maintain strong relationships with media, agencies, and strategic partners.
Monitor campaign performance and provide detailed reports to senior management.
Drive innovation in marketing initiatives and ensure brand consistency.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
8–15 years of proven experience in senior marketing leadership roles.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, brand management, and market analytics.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
