Chief Manager - Expediting & MIS

Working within a project team environment, potentially on multiple projects, you will be responsible for follow-up and expediting activities to ensure the delivery of equipment, materials, services, and related documentation. This includes developing and maintaining status reports, attending and potentially managing purchase order kick-off meetings, and visiting supplier sites for expediting purposes. You will also communicate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues affecting a purchase order and attend status meetings with suppliers. In addition, you will be coordinating transportation and logistics as required, preparing MIS reports, and managing expeditors (GFL & Third Party). Your role will be crucial in ensuring the timely delivery of goods and services, maintaining effective communication with all parties involved, and overseeing the progress of multiple projects simultaneously.,
