Chief Manager - Auto Claims

Role Overview: Tata AIG General Insurance Company Limited is seeking a Chief Manager - Auto Claims for their Nagpur location. As a team leader, you will be responsible for guiding a group of employees to complete projects and achieve goals in the Auto Claims domain. You will have the opportunity to lead, support, and coach a team of Guest Claims Cast Members to build a highly effective claims team. Key Responsibilities: - Closing Ratio/Meeting all KPI of team member& Self - Re-open ratio/Segmentation of vehicles - Reduce LAE (Loss Adjustment Expenses) - Maintain the Hygiene/TAT (Total Around Time) - Adherence to PRI Regulations - Live Video Inspection Qualifications: To excel in this position, you should possess: - Experience: 5 to 7 years in Auto Claims domain - Current Role: Must be in a team handling/managerial position - License: Valid Motor Surveyor License is mandatory - Education: B.Tech or B.E. in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering - Location: Nagpur (Base); coverage includes entire Vidarbha territory If you are excited to be part of a team dedicated to innovation and excellence, please submit your resume.
