As we continue to scale, we are looking for a dynamic and visionary female leader to join our executive team as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) located in Mumbai for Female Candidates Only. The CFO will be responsible for all financial operations, including:

• Financial planning and forecasting
• Financial reporting and compliance
• Managing and overseeing financial statements
• Analyzing financial data and preparing detailed reports
• Providing strategic financial guidance to support business goals
• Developing and implementing strategies to enhance financial performance and growth

The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping the company’s strategic direction and work closely with the CEO and other senior leaders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and audits
• Develop financial models and provide strategic recommendations
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and cash flow
• Evaluate and mitigate financial risks
• Maintain compliance with statutory regulations and internal policies
• Collaborate with department heads to align financial goals with operational strategy

Qualifications

• Proven experience in financial planning, reporting, and analysis
• Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with senior leadership
• Prior experience in the beauty or consumer goods industry is an added advantage
