We are looking for CEO(Chief Executive Officer) for our Real Estate company located in Jalandhar, Punjab. Who have Experience of 10-20 years as an CEO or VP Projects in any reputed real estate company. Civil Engineer+ MBA. Strategic and results-oriented Real Estate Leader with 15+ years of experience across Residential High Rise/Group Housing projects.Experience in handling multiple projects.

A CEO for a real estate company is responsible for setting the organizations strategic direction, ensuring operational excellence, driving financial growth, and representing the companys interests to stakeholders. This includes formulating long-term plans, overseeing portfolio development, maintaining regulatory compliance, and leading the executive team to achieve business objectives

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the companys long-term and short-term strategic plans in alignment with broader business goals and market opportunities.
• Oversee all company operations and ensure departments are aligned and effective in meeting performance targets.
• Direct business development initiatives, identify avenues for growth, and pursue strategic partnerships.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, clients, and regulatory authorities.
• Supervise financial planning, budgeting, cash flow, and investments in collaboration with the finance team, ensuring financial health and risk management.
• Maintain compliance with all legal, ethical, and regulatory requirements related to real estate business operations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop senior management and staff, foster a high-performing and inclusive organizational culture.
• Anticipate shifts in the real estate market, adapt strategies to drive innovation and maximize company growth.
• Oversee all aspects of real estate development projects, including land acquisition, construction, and project execution.
• Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability in the real estate industry.
• Manage high-rise building projects from conceptualization to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
• Identify new opportunities for site acquisitions and negotiate commercial leases for residential properties.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

• Advanced degree in real estate, business administration, or a related field is highly preferred.
• Minimum 10-20 years of leadership experience in the real estate industry, with a proven record of organizational growth and project delivery.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills; ability to inspire trust among teams and stakeholders.
• Deep knowledge of real estate trends, investment principles, and regulatory compliance matters.
• Comprehensive financial management skills covering budgeting, investment evaluation, and profit optimization.
