Role Overview

We’re looking for a visionary Chief Design Officer (CDO) to lead our creative team. This leadership role requires a combination of strategic thinking, strong design expertise, and the ability to inspire and manage a team. You’ll be responsible for overseeing the creative direction and ensuring visual excellence across all projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creative process from concept to final execution across branding, web, and campaign assets
• Develop and maintain compelling brand identities for clients across industries
• Create and guide high-level campaign concepts aligned with marketing objectives
• Mentor and manage the design team, fostering creativity, growth, and quality standards
• Collaborate with internal departments (marketing, development, video) for cohesive outputs
• Present and articulate creative strategies to clients effectively
• Keep up with design trends, tools, and technologies to keep the agency’s work competitive

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a senior design or creative leadership role
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, campaigns, and digital design
• Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
• Excellent visual storytelling and conceptual thinking skills
• Leadership mindset with the ability to mentor and inspire a design team
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines without compromising quality
