Chief Customer Officer

As an experienced professional with a minimum of 8-10 years of relevant work experience, you will have the opportunity to lead a team in exceeding client expectations for customer service. Experience in the gaming industry would be highly preferred for this role based in Nagpur, where you will be required to work from the office. The salary is negotiable based on your current package, and accommodation will be provided for candidates willing to relocate. Your responsibilities will include monitoring call volume, prioritizing and distributing workload for the team, and tracking individual and team goals on a daily and long-term basis. You will provide motivational support to team members to ensure high morale and productivity, as well as conduct performance reviews and deliver coaching for optimal performance. Additionally, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls, emails, and web-based submissions, directing and assisting customers as needed. Furthermore, you will be expected to take daily updates from team leaders regarding the quantity and quality of calls, find solutions to technical issues related to communication, feedback, and customer queries, and report and coordinate directly with the CEO for any updates and suggestions.
