As a Design Lead at Adani Realty, your role involves leading research on market trends and global design themes to align with the company's vision and strategy. You will be responsible for evaluating design firms, developing conceptual and detailed designs for various projects, and coordinating with consultants for seamless integration. Your key responsibilities include: - Research market and global design trends to identify suitable design themes for ongoing and future projects - Evaluate performance of design firms based on quality, delivery, and cost - Lead modeling of design options considering financial and market implications - Develop conceptual and detailed designs for faade engineering, landscaping, and interior designing - Coordinate architectural designs with consultants for seamless integration - Create design and development plans to impact the market segment effectively - Select design consultants and leverage their expertise for projects - Oversee development process to ensure implementation of design inputs and guidelines - Provide continuous support and supervision during construction to maintain quality standards Your technical skills should include a thorough understanding of architectural design standards, regulations, and design management systems. Proficiency in design software like Autodesk and BIM is essential. In terms of behavioral skills, strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, leadership, and communication skills are required. A nimble learning attitude, global mindset, and innovative approach are also crucial. Non-negotiable skills for this role include exceptional leadership and team management abilities, thorough knowledge of the Real Estate industry in Mumbai, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
