You will be joining Tightend Global Sports, a Sports Management Company based in Hyderabad, dedicated to the grassroots development of various sports such as Football, Cricket, Basketball, Skating, Archery, and Taekwondo across India. As part of their mission to foster talent and advance sports culture nationwide, the company oversees multiple sports academies to support individuals at all levels of expertise - from enthusiasts to professionals. Your role as a Chess Master in Hyderabad will be a full-time position based on-site. Your primary responsibility will involve imparting coaching and guidance to students with diverse proficiency levels in chess. Your daily tasks will revolve around conducting training sessions, devising lesson plans, analyzing gameplay, and preparing students for competitive tournaments. Additionally, you will be tasked with tracking individual progress, delivering personalized feedback, and coordinating chess events and contests. To excel in this role, you must possess a profound understanding of chess strategies, theories, and tactics. Your background should demonstrate previous experience in coaching and training chess players, showcasing your proficiency in analytical thinking. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to design and execute training programs effectively. Prior experience in organizing chess tournaments and events will be advantageous, and any professional or competitive chess background will be viewed as a valuable asset. A Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Sports Management, or a related field will be beneficial in fulfilling the requirements of this position.,
