Roles and Responsibilities

• Create clear, concise, and conceptually accurate video explanations for assigned academic questions.
• Use Microsoft OneNote, PowerPoint, and similar tools to prepare and present solutions effectively.
• Record and share step-by-step video demonstrations of problem-solving processes.
• Ensure that all content is accurate, coherent, and visually structured.
• Collaborate with fellow SMEs to review and refine content for quality enhancement.

Requirements

• Strong subject matter expertise in Chemistry up to the graduation level.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in using pen tablets and collar microphones for video creation.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team.

Guidelines

• Deliver precise, conceptually correct, and easy-to-understand solutions.
• Remain open to feedback and revisions in line with quality standards.
• Uphold a collaborative, respectful, and growth-oriented work culture.

Stipend

• Earn between INR 60–75 per approved video solution.
• Potential monthly earnings range from INR 35,000–42,000, based on output and quality.
