Position Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Teaching:

• Supervise student research and advise on academic progress.
• Research:
• Establish and maintain an active research program.

• Service:

Required Qualifications:

• Ph.D. /Masters in Chemistry or a closely related field (must be completed by the start date).
• Demonstrated commitment to excellence in teaching and mentoring students.
• Evidence of potential (or established record) for scholarly research and publication.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Postdoctoral experience In Chemistry.
• Experience teaching in a diverse and inclusive academic environment.
• Ability to integrate technology and innovative teaching methods in the classroom.
• Experience supervising undergraduate or graduate research.
