Chemistry Graduate (Fresher)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented B.Sc. Chemistry graduate to join ourteam as a fresher in the Rhodium process profile. The candidate will support the team in the production, analysis, and recovery of rhodium and other precious metals used in catalysts, plating, or refining processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparation and processing of rhodium-based compounds. Conduct basic chemical analysis and wet lab procedures under supervision. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for handling chemicals and lab equipment. Maintain records of experiments, observations, and results. Support quality control by sampling and testing rhodium materials. Work with the team to ensure safety and environmental compliance. Collaborate with senior chemists and engineers for process optimization. Learn and follow precious metal recovery and refining protocols. Ensure proper labeling, storage, and disposal of chemical substances. Ensure calibrations of equipment Maintain MSDS Ensure adherence of EHS practises and usage of PPEs.

Reporting & Analysis
Eligibility Criteria: Education: B.Sc. in Chemistry (Freshers welcome) Basic understanding of inorganic and analytical chemistry. Knowledge of lab safety and chemical handling procedures. Familiarity with laboratory equipment such as pH meters, titration setups, balances, etc. Good communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to learn and work in a technical and process-oriented environment.
