Role Overview:
We are seeking passionate young graduates who want to start their career in Teaching or who are already expreienced. This role presents an exciting opportunity for dedicated educators to make a meaningful impact on student's academic journeys. The ideal candidate will deliver expert-level online instruction, develop engaging curriculum materials, and mentor fellow educators in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Live Classes: Deliver high-quality, interactive online sessions in Chemistry.
• Curriculum & Content Development: Design and develop engaging curriculum, lesson plans, and interactive presentations to facilitate effective learning.
• Parent-Teacher Engagement: Conduct regular Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) to discuss student progress, provide constructive feedback, and foster a strong support system for students.
• Create a Positive Learning Environment: Establish an engaging, supportive, and motivating virtual classroom that encourages student participation and academic growth.
• Mentorship & Collaboration: Mentor and collaborate with fellow educators to enhance teaching strategies, share best practices, and ensure consistent academic excellence.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Prior experience in online teaching or coaching is highly desirable.
• Strong subject matter expertise in Chemistry for students .
• Proven ability to create engaging, interactive, and student-centered virtual classrooms.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage students in an online setting.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to ensure effective lesson delivery and student progress tracking.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
