Chemistry Faculty (IIT/JEE/NEET Foundation)

As a Chemistry Faculty at Crimson Schools, you will play a crucial role in guiding and mentoring students preparing for competitive exams such as IIT-JEE (Main & Advanced), NEET, Olympiads, and other entrance tests. Your commitment to excellence and strong command over Chemistry concepts will contribute to the academic success of our students. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver engaging and conceptual classroom sessions in Chemistry for NEET/JEE aspirants. - Prepare and review academic materials including lecture plans, assignments, and test papers. - Conduct doubt-solving sessions and provide personalized academic guidance to students. - Monitor student performance and provide structured feedback for improvement. - Collaborate with academic coordinators to refine content and teaching methods. - Ensure adherence to Crimson's academic standards and teaching pedagogy. - Participate in faculty meetings, training programs, and parent interactions as required. Qualifications & Experience: - Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Chemistry or related discipline from a reputed institute (B.Tech/M.Sc./Ph.D. preferred). - Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of teaching experience in the test-prep industry (freshers with exceptional academic performance may also apply). - Preferred: Proven track record of mentoring successful students in NEET/JEE or similar competitive exams. Skills Required: - Strong subject expertise and conceptual clarity in Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Ability to engage and motivate students effectively. - Strong classroom management and mentoring skills. - Proficiency in digital tools and online teaching platforms.
