Role Overview: As a Cosmetic Chemist, you will have the exciting opportunity to formulate, develop, and test a variety of cosmetic and personal care products. Your main focus will be on creating products like creams, lotions, shampoos, conditioners, serums, and makeup. A significant part of your role will involve conducting lab experiments and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, regulatory, and production, to ensure the successful and safe launch of high-quality products in the market. Key Responsibilities: - Formulate cosmetic and personal care products such as creams, lotions, shampoos, conditioners, serums, and makeup. - Develop new product formulations and improve existing ones to meet market demands. - Conduct testing and evaluation of product prototypes to ensure safety, efficacy, and quality standards are met. - Collaborate with marketing, regulatory, and production teams to coordinate product launches and ensure compliance with regulations. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, or related field. Master's degree preferred. - Proven experience in formulating cosmetic or personal care products. - Strong attention to detail and innovative thinking. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
