Job Summary

Chemical Engineer (R&D)

Key Responsibilities

Research & Development

Develop and improve
plating, coating and surface treatment
formulations.
Conduct trials for
new finishes, colors, textures, and corrosion-resistant coatings
.
Support product development as per
buyer and fashion trend requirements
.

Process Optimization

Optimize chemical processes to improve
quality consistency, yield, and productivity
.
Reduce chemical consumption, waste, and process cycle time.
Troubleshoot quality defects related to
finish, adhesion, corrosion, and discoloration
.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors in
Chemical Engineering
or related field.
3 to 5 years of experience in
metal finishing, electroplating, surface coating, or chemical processing
(fashion accessories / hardware industry preferred).

Salary will be as per industry standards based upon Knowledge, projects undertaken and experience.
