Position: Indian Chef (North Indian, South Indian & Biryani Specialist) Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook a variety of North Indian, South Indian, and Biryani dishes as per brand recipes and quality standards. Maintain taste consistency, presentation, and hygiene in all dishes. Plan daily mise en place, portioning, and cooking schedules. Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth order execution during peak hours. Maintain kitchen cleanliness and follow FSSAI hygiene guidelines. Assist in menu development and new dish trials. Requirements: Proven experience as an Indian Chef in restaurants/cloud kitchens/hotels. Strong expertise in North Indian curries, tandoor items, South Indian tiffins, and biryanis. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Knowledge of kitchen safety & hygiene practices. Immediate availability to join. Benefits: Competitive salary (based on experience).
