Chef (Veg & Non-Veg) – Indian & Fusion Cuisine

We are looking for a passionate and creative chef to join our team and help craft unique, high-quality dishes that delight both traditional and adventurous palates.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook veg & non-veg dishes with a focus on South Indian staples and fusion recipes.
• Innovate new menu items and fusion combinations.
• Maintain consistency, taste, and presentation of all dishes.
• Ensure kitchen hygiene, food safety, and compliance with FSSAI standards.
• Manage kitchen inventory, ordering, and portion control.
• Supervise and train junior kitchen staff, if required.
• Work with management to plan seasonal menus and special offers.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a chef in Indian cuisine (South Indian preferred).
• Hands-on experience in non-veg gravies, curries, and special dishes is a plus.
• Creative flair for fusion/modern recipes.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen safety, hygiene, and food quality standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced cloud kitchen/QSR environment.
• Team player with good communication and leadership skills.
