Job Description

  • Prepare and cook a wide variety of South Indian dishes (e.g., dosa, idli, vada, sambar, rasam, chutneys, appam, Kerala curries, biryanis).
  • Maintain authenticity, taste, and consistency in all food items.
  • Innovate and develop new South Indian recipes and menu items.
  • Ensure proper use of spices, ingredients, and traditional cooking techniques.
  • Monitor portion control, minimize wastage, and manage food cost.
  • Maintain kitchen hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards (HACCP).
  • Train and guide commis/junior chefs in South Indian cuisine.
  • Coordinate with service staff for smooth and timely order execution.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
