Experience: 56 years (in 5-star hotel environment)

Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management from IHM / IIHM or equivalent

Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Chef de Partie South Indian Cuisine to join our culinary team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, discipline, and deep knowledge of traditional and regional Indian cooking. You will be responsible for managing Indian cuisine preparation for both A la carte and banquet operations, ensuring top-tier quality, presentation, and hygiene in line with 5-star standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise and manage the South Indian cuisine section in daily operations

* Ensure consistency and high-quality food production for A la carte dining and large-scale banquets

* Lead a team of cooks and commis chefs, providing training, guidance, and daily task allocation

* Maintain proper inventory, portion control, and wastage management

* Adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene standards as per HACCP guidelines

* Collaborate with Sous Chef and Executive Chef for menu planning and development of new dishes

Requirements:

* 56 years of relevant experience in South Indian cuisine, with a strong background in both fine-dining and banquet production

* Prior experience working in a 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment is essential

* Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management from IHM, IIHM or a recognized institute

* Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

* Ability to perform in a high-pressure, fast-paced kitchen environment
