Chef De Partie - Pastry

As a Chef de Partie for Cakes & Desserts at Creme Castle, you will play a crucial role in leading the production of cakes, desserts, and confections. Your responsibilities will include launching new recipes from concept to scale, developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs), training and mentoring pastry staff at various locations, and collaborating directly with the founders to expand the kitchen operations. Key Responsibilities: - Head the production of cakes, desserts & confections - Lead the launch of new recipes from ideation to full-scale production, bridging the gap between R&D and rollout - Establish and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and quality - Provide training and mentorship to pastry staff members across different locations - Collaborate closely with the founders to enhance and scale the kitchen operations Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a high-volume pastry or bakery setting - Strong knowledge of baking science and kitchen operations - Previous experience in structured kitchens, whether in a cloud kitchen or retail environment - Bonus points for having worked with leading Indian bakery brands such as LOpra, Theobroma, etc. If you join Creme Castle, you will be part of the fastest-growing bakery brand in North India, offering real ownership and the freedom to lead in research and development.
