Job Description

We are a Japanese cloud kitchen in Gurgaon hiring an experienced chef to handle sushi, ramen, donburi, and Japanese-style rice bowls . Responsibilities: Prepare Japanese dishes independently Maintain hygiene and SOPs Manage prep, cooking, and consistency Requirements: 1–2 years experience in Japanese or pan-Asian kitchens Ability to manage a small kitchen team Immediate joiners preferred Perks: ₹25,000–₹30,000/month Food and accommodation available Monthly performance bonus based on quality and consistency Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹44,109.97 per month Benefits: Food provided Schedule: Day shift Application Question(s): Can you make full Japanese cuisine including sushi, ramen, katsu curry, dimsum, terryakie Experience: Japanese: 2 years (Required) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 17/06/2025
