Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and operate an assigned kitchen section.
  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to recipes and quality standards.
  • Ensure food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in the section.
  • Train and supervise commis chefs or kitchen assistants.
  • Monitor stock levels and report shortages.
  • Coordinate with other sections to ensure timely service.

Requirements:

  • Culinary degree or diploma from a recognized institute.
  • 2–3 years of experience in a similar role in a professional kitchen.
  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent teamwork, communication, and time-management skills.
  • Understanding of food safety, hygiene regulations, and quality control.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
