At RedHill, our kitchen is run like a homestay, not a hotel. We celebrate fresh, seasonal flavours and prepare every dish from scratch using organic vegetables, herbs, and produce grown on our own farm or sourced from the Nilgiri hills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh, seasonal, home-style meals using organic ingredients
• Plan and adapt menus based on seasonal availability
• Experiment and develop new recipes that blend tradition with creativity
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and kitchen inventory
• Work closely with the small team and guide helpers when needed
• Interact with guests occasionally and share the story behind the food

Who We’re Looking For

• A passionate cook who enjoys simple, honest, flavourful food
• Minimum 1 year of professional or homestay kitchen experience (preferred)
• Strong organizational and cleanliness standards
• Curious about local produce and sustainable cooking practices
• Ready to commit to a stay of at least 2 years

Salary & Benefits

• ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on experience
• Food and accommodation provided at the resort
