Candle Food Restaurant is looking for a skilled Continental Chef who is passionate about quality cooking, consistency, and presentation. This role is ideal for chefs who prefer a balanced kitchen environment rather than mass production.

Responsibilities:

Prepare Continental dishes with consistent taste and presentation

Handle pastas, sauces, grills, starters, and plated dishes

Maintain portion control and minimal food wastage

Ensure kitchen hygiene and food safety standards

Assist in menu execution and daily prep planning

Coordinate smoothly with service staff

Maintain a clean and organized workstation

Requirements:

2–5 years experience in Continental cuisine

Experience in dine-in restaurants / cafés / boutique hotels

Good knowledge of Continental basics and sauces

Ability to work calmly during service hours

Passion for neat plating and quality

Basic English communication preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,454.11 - ₹46,730.30 per month

Work Location: In person
