Chef chinese

We are looking for a skilled Chinese Chef with good experience in preparing authentic and Indo-Chinese dishes. The chef should be capable of handling kitchen operations efficiently and maintaining food quality and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities:

Prepare Chinese and Indo-Chinese dishes (Fried Rice, Noodles, Manchurian, Gravies, Starters, etc.)

Maintain consistency in taste and presentation

Ensure kitchen cleanliness and food safety

Manage ingredients and minimize wastage

Coordinate with the kitchen team for smooth service

Requirements:

Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Chinese Chef

Knowledge of sauces, wok cooking, and Chinese spices

Ability to handle medium quantity orders

Team player with a positive attitude

Immediate joiners preferred
