Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook Indian dishes as per standard recipes and quality expectations
  • Assist senior chefs in daily kitchen operations and menu execution
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in all kitchen areas
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
  • Prepare ingredients, sauces, and garnishes as required
  • Support in bulk food preparation for parties and events
  • Contribute to menu development and new dish innovations

  • Qualifications

    • Proven experience or strong skills in Indian cuisine preparation
    • Knowledge of food hygiene, sanitation, and safety procedures
    • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
    • Ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong attention to detail and consistency in food presentation
    • Formal culinary education or certification is an advantage
    • Experience in
