Chat Support Representative

As a Chat Service Representative based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, your primary responsibility will be to assist customers by resolving their issues through various chat services such as chat, text, email, social media, direct messaging, and other nonverbal platforms. Your dedication to providing quick answers, empathetic product consultations, and effective issue resolution will be pivotal in transforming customers" experience from average to exceptional. Reporting to the Team Lead, you will play a key role in enhancing the overall customer experience and contributing to the team's success. Your typical day will involve answering incoming communications and effectively resolving customer issues solely through written communication. To excel in this role, you should possess at least 1 year of customer service experience, although freshers are welcome to apply. Strong written communication skills, attention to grammar and spelling, a High School Diploma, computer proficiency, and the flexibility to work in a 24/7 environment are essential requirements.
