Chat Support Representative

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Chat Process Executive to join our CRM team at Chemmnur International Holidays & Resort Ltd, Thrissur. The role involves managing real-time customer interactions via chat, providing prompt support, addressing queries, and ensuring high customer satisfaction in line with our brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer queries via chat and respond promptly with accurate information.
• Update and manage customer information in the CRM system.
• Provide detailed product/service information to potential customers.
• Follow up on leads generated via website or social media platforms.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns or escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain detailed records of all interactions in the CRM.
• Achieve daily/weekly targets related to response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in improving CRM chat scripts and process flows.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude during all interactions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in chat process or customer support (preferred in hospitality/travel industry).
• Familiarity with CRM tools and chat platforms.
• Excellent written communication skills in English.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Malayalam and Hindi is an added advantage.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
