Chat support Executive (Night shift)

As a Chat Support Executive working in Noida office with a 24/7 rotational shift, your role involves handling customer queries through live chat, email, or messaging platforms promptly and professionally. You will be responsible for providing accurate information on products, services, and policies, troubleshooting customer issues for first-contact resolution, and maintaining a polite and empathetic tone throughout interactions. Additionally, you will record customer interactions, update CRM tools, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Meeting performance metrics such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction is crucial. Key Responsibilities: - Handle customer queries via live chat, email, or messaging platforms promptly and professionally. - Provide accurate information on products, services, and policies. - Troubleshoot customer issues for first-contact resolution. - Maintain a polite, empathetic, and professional tone during interactions. - Record customer interactions and update CRM tools. - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department. - Meet performance metrics like response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction. Qualification Required: - Education: Graduate - Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome - Excellent written communication skills in English - Fast typing speed with accuracy - Strong problem-solving skills and customer-first mindset - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Familiarity with CRM tools, ticketing systems, or chat platforms preferred The company is located in Noida, Uttar Pradesh and the work mode is in-person.
