Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer queries via chat in a timely, clear, and helpful manner. Communicate fluently in both English and Hindi. Resolve customer issues or escalate to relevant departments when necessary. Maintain customer satisfaction by providing professional support. Accurately log customer interactions in the system. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 6 months of prior experience in a chat support role. Proficiency in English and Hindi (written). Typing speed of 30 WPM with at least 95% accuracy. Basic knowledge of customer service practices and tools. Ability to multitask and handle multiple conversations simultaneously. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
