Chat Operations - Brands - C05

The Ops Support Specialist 5 position involves providing operations support services such as record/documentation maintenance, account maintenance, and serving as a liaison between various teams. The primary responsibility is to offer day-to-day operations support in accordance with Citi's operations support infrastructure and processes. Responsibilities: - Resolve customer inquiries and handle escalated issues to ensure efficient and effective customer service - Identify opportunities to provide value-added products and services while complying with relevant laws and regulations - Communicate with management on productivity, quality, and Management Information System (MIS) indicators - Facilitate training for department staff and assist with answering staff questions within Disputes - Support a wide range of products and services - Assist with Lean and process improvement projects - Resolve complex problems by following best practices and escalating when necessary - Assess risk appropriately when making business decisions, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations and upholding ethical standards Qualifications: - 2-4 years of relevant experience - Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Thorough knowledge of Dispute process - Ability to work independently and apply problem-solving skills - Willingness to work occasional weekends for support activities - Familiarity with Pega and/or G36 functionality, Continuity of Business (CoB) testing, and Trust Receipts (TRs) - Demonstrated analytical skills and mathematical knowledge - Strong written and verbal communication skills Education: - Bachelor's degree required Shifts: - US Day/India Night - Rotating shift with work on Saturday/Sundays. 5-day work week Note: This job description is a general overview of the tasks performed, and additional job-related duties may be assigned as needed.,
