As a Non Voice - Email/Chat Support Executive, your role involves promptly responding to customer queries through live chat, email, and other online channels. You are required to provide accurate and complete information using the appropriate tools and resources. Troubleshooting customer issues and escalating complex concerns to the relevant department are part of your responsibilities. It is crucial to maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions. Identifying customer needs and proposing suitable solutions or alternatives, as well as adhering to communication guidelines, policies, and procedures, are key aspects of your role. Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback, and collaborating with team members to enhance support processes and improve the customer experience are also important responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Respond promptly to customer queries via live chat, email, and other online communication channels. - Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools and resources. - Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate complex concerns to the appropriate department. - Maintain a positive and professional tone in all interactions. - Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or alternatives. - Follow communication guidelines, policies, and procedures. - Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback. - Work collaboratively with team members to improve support processes and enhance customer experience. Qualifications Required: - 6 months to 1 year of experience in Email/Chat Support. - Fluent in English. - Location requirement: Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
