As a Chat Customer Service Representative at our company's Ahmedabad, Gujarat office, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through chat support. Your primary duties will include: - Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally through chat - Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication - Collaborating with team members to address customer needs efficiently To qualify for this role, you should meet the following criteria: - Excellent English communication skills are a must - Minimum educational qualification of 10+2 / Diploma / Graduate - Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply - Willingness to relocate to Ahmedabad Our company offers a range of perks and benefits, including Provident Fund, insurance, and shift allowance. For night shifts, a one-way cab facility is provided along with a night shift allowance. Additionally, you can expect ample opportunities for growth and learning within the organization. Please note that health insurance and Provident Fund benefits are also part of the package. If you are interested in this role, you will need to rate your English communication skills out of 10 and confirm your availability for rotational shifts and week offs. As this position is based in Ahmedabad, you will be required to relocate to this location.
