Role Overview

Chartered Accountant (CA)/Experienced semi qualified

Key Responsibilities

1. Cashflow Management

• Prepare, monitor, and update daily/weekly/monthly cashflow forecasts.
• Manage working capital efficiently, ensuring optimal liquidity.
• Coordinate with banks for treasury operations, fund placements, and credit line utilisation.
• Evaluate short-term and long-term cashflow requirements and flag variances proactively.

2. Accounts Receivable Management

• Oversee customer billing, collections, and credit control.
• Track ageing of receivables and follow up with internal teams/customers for timely realisation.
• Identify collection bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
• Ensure revenue recognition is compliant with applicable accounting standards.

3. Accounts Payable Management

• Review vendor invoices, payment schedules, and adherence to payment terms.
• Ensure timely processing of vendor payments while optimizing cash outflows.
• Maintain vendor reconciliations and handle vendor queries.
• Ensure TDS, GST, and other statutory deductions/compliances are correctly applied.

4. Financial Data Analysis & Reporting

• Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and analytics for management decision-making.
• Analyse financial trends, variances, cash cycles, and profitability indicators.
• Support quarterly and annual financial statements as required for a listed entity.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis initiatives.

5. Compliance & Controls (Listed Entity Requirements)

• Ensure adherence to SEBI, Companies Act, and internal governance standards.
• Maintain strong internal controls across cash, receivables, and payables.
• Support statutory, internal, and external audits with relevant documentation.

Skills & Qualifications

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

  with 0–5+ years of experience (experience in listed companies preferred).

• Or semi qualified CA with 10+ years of experience.

• Strong understanding of accounting standards, financial reporting, and compliance norms.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Tally Prime / MS Dynamics).
• Advanced Excel and data analytics skills; knowledge of Power BI is an advantage.
• Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
