Job Description

Job Title: Chartered Accountant (CA) Department: Finance & Accounts Reports To: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) / General Manager Job Summary: The Chartered Accountant is responsible for managing the hotel’s financial operations, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, preparing financial reports, conducting audits, and supporting strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports. Ensure compliance with tax laws, GST, TDS, and other statutory obligations. Monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial planning activities. Conduct internal audits and coordinate with external auditors. Maintain accurate general ledger and accounting records. Provide insights to management for cost control and profitability. Manage payroll, accounts receivable/payable, and bank reconciliations. Assist in financial risk assessment and investment planning. Implement and maintain financial controls and procedures. Skills & Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory. 1-2 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in hospitality or service sectors. In-depth knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and audit practices. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 20/05/2025 Expected Start Date: 15/07/2025
