Job Summary:
We seek a dynamic, detail-oriented Chartered Accountant with exceptional analytical capabilities to handle both Direct and Indirect taxation matters, GST compliance, TDS processes, and MCA-related activities, including incorporating Private Limited and Section 8 Companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct & Indirect Taxes: Preparation, finalization, and filing of returns for individuals, partnership firms, companies, trusts, HUFs, and LLPs.
- Audit Reports: Comprehensive preparation and submission of 44AB & 44AD audit reports.
- Client Engagement: Expertly addressing client queries, providing strategic tax-saving advice, and resolving complex taxation issues effectively.
- Compliance Management: Ensuring timely compliance with Income Tax, GST, and TDS deadlines.
- Refund Management: Actively tracking and managing client refunds, filing rectifications (154), and consistently updating management.
- MCA Incorporations: Handling all activities related to incorporating LLPs, Private Limited Companies and Section 8 Companies.
- Representation: Managing communication with Income Tax and CPC authorities, attending department inquiries, and effectively handling appeals referencing judicial precedents.
- Team Supervision: Mentoring and guiding junior staff, reviewing computations and tax filings, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Financial Reporting: Preparing and reviewing financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to accounting standards.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Assisting in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts, providing insightful analysis to management.
- Internal Controls: Implementing and monitoring internal financial controls and ensuring compliance with firm policies and statutory regulations.
- Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating potential risks associated with financial processes and compliance.
- Project Finance: Preparation of detailed project reports, financial modeling, loan proposals, feasibility studies, and liaising with banks and financial institutions for fund raising and loan processing.
Essential Tasks & Activities:
- Accurately prepare and file periodic tax returns, advance tax computations, and manage tax payments.
- Research and interpret complex tax regulations, developing strategies that benefit client financial growth.
- Regular use of Compu Office and CRM software for efficient client management.
- Continuously update the team and management about regulatory changes and critical tax-related announcements.
- Offer strong leadership during audits, providing supportive insights to junior audit teams.
- Manage and conduct internal and external audits, coordinating audit schedules and ensuring timely completion.
- Provide training and technical updates to team members on evolving tax and compliance issues.

Educational Qualifications:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAI Member)
