Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Chartered Accountant to join our team in a leadership capacity. The ideal candidate will lead a team of accountants, manage client audits, and build insightful MIS reports for decision-making. This role offers excellent exposure to accounting, auditing, and financial reporting across multiple clients and industries. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and supervise a team of junior accountants for timely and accurate accounting. • Review and audit client accounts and books, ensuring compliance with applicable standards. • Develop, prepare, and present MIS reports including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements. • Identify discrepancies and areas for financial improvement during audits and report findings. • Ensure timely monthly closing and reconciliations across all accounts. • Coordinate with clients for data, clarifications, and audit support. • Implement best practices in accounting and reporting to improve efficiency and accuracy. Skills Required: • Qualified Chartered Accountant with 3 years of completed articleship. • Strong knowledge of accounting and auditing concepts • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, lookups, data visualization). • Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication. • Ability to manage and guide a team of accountants effectively. • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks and deadlines.
